BMW 320D Touring Has been in the family since a few years old 146800k Black electric/ heated leather 2 keys Partial service history file In the last 2 years it has had new clutch and dual mass flywheel, new starter motor and alternator/ battery Aftermarket car play head unit Tow bar 3 good Bridgestone tyres, 1 needs replacing MOT until end of January 27 Issues Engine has started sounding harsh on idle so presume this is the timing…
BMW 320D Touring Has been in the family since a few years old 146800k Black electric/ heated leather 2 keys Partial service history file In the last 2 years it has had new clutch and dual mass flywheel, new starter motor and alternator/ battery Aftermarket car play head unit Tow bar 3 good Bridgestone tyres, 1 needs replacing MOT until end of January 27 Issues Engine has started sounding harsh on idle so presume this is the timing chain, still starts runs and drives fine though (used for a 2 hour round trip a few days ago) This is an assumption and maybe something not related to the chain The car was fine, then went into the garage to have the alternator replaced as it failed On return the car sounded as it does now Common issue of a couple of wires broken between car and tailgate so rear wiper and aerial don’t work (wasn’t fussed on aerial as always use CarPlay for radio etc) Handbrake does not hold very well Marks/ scratches as to be expected with a car of this age/ mileage, dent on near side wing/bonnet was from hitting a dear Car is based in Landford SP5 Price is ONO
