Apparently common for the oil cooler to fail as well as the gaskets and let oil into the coolant system. Due to the spec on it, I will not take less than 2K unfortunately. To say that I am M5 money in maintenance in this car is an understatement Recent history New headgasket, both chains, head rebuild and lots of suspension work by Dubshack (£4200) Recent driveshaft RH (200) Recent fuel filter (£88) Oil every 10k done by me with millers motorsport as recommended by GKR performance. Very Recent oil filter housing gasket failure has been fixed and coolant has been flushed as best as possible, I have been driving and no issues since. There is a small viabration at speed, I believe it could be a wheel weight has fallen off. The center right parking sensor at the back has stopped working I recently had the back bumper replaced but it seems a few small scratches have appeared. This is not necessarily a bad thing as it’s not a fault but sometimes the polybushes can be a little noisy over speed bumps.
