BMW 320d M Sport Touring Business Edition – 2.0 Diesel Manual (2010) MOT until 7th May 2027 Overview I’ve owned this BMW since May 2025 and have covered just over 1,000 miles during that time. It recently passed its MOT first time and is only being sold because we’ve decided we can comfortably manage with one car. Throughout my ownership the car has been reliable, comfortable and enjoyable to drive. It starts first time, drives smoothly with no knocks or unwanted noises, and everything works as it should. The M Sport styling, excellent fuel economy and practical Touring body make it a fantastic all-round family, commuting or long-distance car. The vehicle comes complete with: Original BMW leather handbook wallet Original owner’s manuals Selection of receipts Partial service history Two fully working remote keys While I have carried out a number of maintenance items during my ownership, I do not have documented evidence confirming replacement of major components such as the timing chain, clutch or gearbox. Recent Maintenance & Improvements (2025–2026) The following work has been completed during my ownership: Full service using Bosch parts Engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter, cabin filter and air filter replaced All fluids refreshed Rocker cover and gasket replaced New copper injector washers and clamp retaining bolts Washer reservoir system cleaned New Bosch front wiper blades Front headlights professionally restored New halo headlight bulbs New kidney grilles New gear knob and leather gaiter surround Clear side repeaters fitted New number plates The car has been regularly cleaned and maintained throughout my ownership. Specification 2.0L Turbo Diesel (181 BHP) 6-speed manual gearbox M Sport aerodynamic body styling M Sport suspension 18″ Light Star Spoke alloy wheels (Style 193M) Sport front seats Dual-zone automatic climate control BMW Business Navigation Bluetooth hands-free USB audio interface Voice control Rear parking sensors (PDC) Auto-dimming rear-view mirror Extended lighting package High Gloss Shadowline exterior trim Sun protection glass Black roof rails Exterior Condition The car presents very well for its age and always looks fantastic once cleaned and polished. As you would expect from a 16-year-old vehicle, there are a few cosmetic imperfections: Various light age-related marks and stone chips Paint wear to the lower passenger side side skirt Minor paint cracking on the rear bumper Alloy wheels would benefit from refurbishment, particularly the front wheels There are no significant dents, and all tyres have plenty of tread remaining. Interior Condition The interior has been well looked after and remains in excellent condition. Dashboard, trim and controls are all in great condition Leather seats are in very good order Slight wear to the driver’s seat bolster and a few minor marks consistent with age No rips or tears It’s a clean, comfortable place to be and reflects how the car has been cared for. Service History The service book contains 4 service stamps , with the last stamped service at approximately 150,000 miles . Following my purchase in 2025, I carried out a comprehensive service using Bosch parts and a K&N air filter element. A local garage replaced the engine oil, oil filter and fuel filter, while I replaced the cabin and air filters and refreshed the remaining fluids. I also contacted several BMW dealerships to investigate the vehicle’s history. They confirmed previous visits within the BMW network but were unable to disclose the work completed, so I cannot verify whether larger maintenance items such as the timing chain, clutch or gearbox have previously been replaced. Known Issues In the interest of complete honesty, the following points are worth mentioning: Windscreen has a few marks, including one larger chip at the top centre of the screen (recorded as an MOT advisory) Retractable parcel shelf is missing (not supplied by the previous owner) The car occasionally displays an “Increased Battery Discharge” warning, which is due to the vehicle seeing very little use recently and the battery not being fully charged. The warning clears when the car is driven regularly and kept in consistent use. None of these issues have affected my ownership of the vehicle or its performance, and it drives as it should. Overall This is a genuine, well-maintained BMW that has been reliable throughout my ownership. It drives exactly as it should, with no knocks, rattles or unwanted noises, and benefits from recent servicing and maintenance. I’ve tried to describe the vehicle as honestly and accurately as possible, including both its strengths and any known faults, so there are no surprises for the next owner.
