1998 BMW E36 323i Convertible 2.5L 6-Cylinder Auto – Unbelievable Spec – Low Mileage – MOT Until August 2027! Up for auction is my 1998 BMW E36 323i convertible. One of the last of the E36s, in amazing condition for a car approaching 30 years old! It is completely unmessed with and has been extensively looked after, with the last owner owning it for nearly 20 years. It has only covered 92,000 miles. Very clean inside and out. Obviously, it’s an old car and does have some marks here and there, but overall it is very presentable. It has a great spec for one of these: -Full heated Black leather interior -Fully electric roof (requires a little manual assistance to open, but works well and closes by itself) -Front and rear parking sensors -Front and rear electric windows -Dual-zone climate control (blower motor is currently inoperative / needs replacement) -Front and rear fog lights -Electric mirrors -Rare 18-Button On-Board Computer with Range, Temperature, MPG, Speed, etc. -Sony CD Stereo It runs, drives, and stops well. The driver’s side rear wheel bearing is a little noisy and will need replacing (advisory on MOT). No oil leaks and the engine is very smooth and quiet. Auto box shifts smoothly. Recent front suspension bushes and wiper blades replaced before the MOT. Good tyres all round. I have a large folder of receipts, service history and maintenance with the car. Would make a very easy project for someone to do the last little bits and have a lovely car to cruise around in for the rest of the summer! I’d love to keep it, but I don’t have the time to enjoy it and I’m in the process of doing a camper conversion, so unfortunately it has to go.
