Unfortunately, it’s being sold as a non-runner for spares, repair or as a project. The car was driving normally when it suddenly cut out and had to be recovered home. Since then, we’ve been unable to get it running. A few months ago it experienced a similar issue, so we had an injector replaced. We also spent £1,783 at a specialist on diagnostics and repairs, including replacing engine plastics and other components. Unfortunately, we can’t justify spending any more trying to diagnose the latest fault. We’re not mechanics and don’t have the knowledge or time to continue with it, so we’ve decided it’s time for someone else to take it on. Overall it’s in good condition for its age, with the expected age-related marks. Prior to the current fault, there were no known issues that led us to believe it wouldn’t pass an MOT, but as the vehicle is not running, no guarantees can be made. The vehicle does not currently run and will need to be collected on a trailer or recovery vehicle. We have the ability to disengage to the drive system so can be winched on or pushed if your feeling really strong strictly as seen with no warranty Collection from BN27, East Sussex.
