Left-hand Drive BMW 3 Series Business Edition (2010) 2.0 320i Touring 5dr Re-listing due to no contact from original buyer. Diesel. Manual (Euro 4). 305,000-km (190,000-miles). Purchased in Germany in 2016 (paperwork available) and imported to UK in 2020 (paperwork available). Original European set-up (kph on speedometer [see photo], lights etc.) as over 10 years old when imported and did not need to be adapted for UK. MOT until October 2026 and Taxed until Feb 2027. Regularly serviced and last serviced in June 2025 and new brake pads, and n/s front shock and o/s rear shock in Aug 2025. Currently taxed as Light Goods Vehicle (LGV, 360-GBP / year) due to no CO2 emissions data being listed on German Certificate of Conformity. I understand that a CO2 emissions test would be required to be taxed as a car in UK. Exterior: 18-inch alloy wheels in good condition for age and 4 good run flat tyres (2 new in Aug 2025). Body work in good condition but with some marks and scratches. A small patch of rust just below back windscreen (see photo). Paint coming off one wing mirror (see photo). Chip and crack at bottom of windscreen below eye line (see photos). Interior: Leather seats (good used condition), air-con (working), heated front seats (working), sat nav, cruise control, CD player, central locking. Front right door handle material is perishing and stick (see photo) – I normally have it covered in tape but have removed for photo. Retractable parcel shelf does not clip in behind back seats on right side. Engine / Performance: Has issue with brake vacuum pressure sensor (see photo from diagnostics) that results in it intermittently going into ‘limp’ mode whilst driving. Sometimes this occurs multiple times in one trip, but during other trips it does not occur at all. As a result, it might not be suitable for you if you live a long way from the Cirencester (Gloucestershire) and plan to drive it home (especially using motorways). Auto start / stop not working but does not affect driving. Minor oil leak from rocker head detected in April 2026 – engine washed off as part of diagnosing it, but not repaired.
