For sale is my 1999 BMW Z3 2.8 widebody roadster in silver, which i’ve restored over the past couple of years. Just passed it’s MOT, so now has a full 12 months MOT with no advisories to the end of May 2027. Roof is in great condition and water tight, rear window good as can be seen on the photographs. Works electrically up and down as it should. Rare black leather sport seats in great condition – no rips BMW chrome pack (grilles & windscreen) Style 18 staggered alloys. Has 4 new tyres fitted with less than 600 miles on them. The car has the inner sills professionally repaired, replacement sills fitted and front rear wings professionally resprayed and rust proofed. Underside has been cleaned and waxoiled. The rest of the vehicle (inner arches, behind the panels etc) has been cleaned and either rustproofed or sprayed with lanoguard. Just had a new thermostat fitted. Has an insane amount of service history with maintenance stamps in the book as follows: 8,507 16/6/2000 17/9/2001 35,559 – Service 26/9/2003 20/9/2005 – Brake fluid change 51,907 – Inspection 2 23/2/2006 63,375 – Brake fluid change 25/9/2007 69,645 – Service 23/8/2008 78,859 – Brake fluid change 14/9/2009 87,471 – Inspection 1 18/1/2011 92,528 – Brake fluid change 23/9/2011 103,136 – Brake fluid change 15/1/2014 105,319 – Service 5/82014 110,960 – Brake fluid change 12/8/2016 115,259 – Service 14/8/2018 115,963 – Service 21/1/2019 119,117 – Brake fluid change 12/1/2021 120,713 – Service 6/1/2022 122,487 – Service 24/12/22 124,727 – Service 7/4/2023 (think this should read 122,727) Owners book back, with service book, handbook and European service station directory. Two keys and V5 in my name. Ultra reliable, starts first time, every-time. Sounds fantastic and drives really well, clutch, brakes etc all good. Ready to get in and enjoy for the summer. Only selling as I have my eye on a Z3M so looking for a quick sale. Obviously it is a 26 year old car so is not concourse, garage has suggested replacing the propshaft guibo rubber as there is clunk sometimes changing gear, £40 part. Not an urgent fix car drives great as is. Future classic that will only go up in value. Viewings more then welcome or feel free to ask any questions. Collection only within 5 days of auction end.
