BMW X5 E70 3.0sd M Sport (286bhp) – 2008 – Spares or Repair – NO RESERVE AUCTION 2008 (08) BMW X5 E70 3.0sd M Sport 135,409 miles Registration: AC08 UAR Sold as Seen – Spares or Repair Up for auction is our BMW X5 E70 3.0sd M Sport. Unfortunately, it’s being sold as a non-runner for spares, repair or as a project. The car was driving normally when it suddenly cut out and had to be recovered home. Since then, we’ve been unable to get it running. A few months ago it experienced a similar issue, so we had an injector replaced. We also spent £1,783 at a specialist on diagnostics and repairs, including replacing engine plastics and other components. Unfortunately, we can’t justify spending any more trying to diagnose the latest fault. We’re not mechanics and don’t have the knowledge or time to continue with it, so we’ve decided it’s time for someone else to take it on. Specification & Features 3.0sd twin-turbo diesel (286bhp) Automatic gearbox 135,409 miles Genuine BMW 20” alloy wheels Factory 7-seat model Electric memory heated leather seats Upgraded touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and video playback Aftermarket LED rear lights New brake discs front and rear Two keys V5C present Original BMW service book Some service history and a folder of receipts/invoices MOT expired in February 2026 Apart from the recent mechanical issue, it’s been a fantastic family car comfortable, powerful and practical and has served us well. Overall it’s in good condition for its age, with the expected age-related marks. Prior to the current fault, there were no known issues that led us to believe it wouldn’t pass an MOT, but as the vehicle is not running, no guarantees can be made. The vehicle does not currently run and will need to be collected on a trailer or recovery vehicle. We have the ability to disengage to the drive system so can be winched on or pushed if your feeling really strong strictly as seen with no warranty Collection from BN27, East Sussex. Please only bid if you understand this is a spares or repair vehicle. We’ve already been offered £600 scrap value, Happy bidding, and feel free to message with any questions.
