I have owned the car for just over a year, and it was previously owned by a family member, so its recent history is fully known to me. While the exterior shows its age with some dents and scrapes, mechanically this car has had every major F10/F11 red flags delt with. If you are looking for a reliable and economical family workhorse that is ready for another 100k miles, this is it. Major work done includes: Timing Chain: Brand new timing chain kit, new rocker cover, and new inlet manifold. Bottom End: All rod and main bearings replaced as a precaution while the timing chain was being addressed. Drivetrain: Brand new clutch and dual-mass flywheel. Fueling: 2 new injectors fitted and coded. EGR System: New EGR cooler replaced. Additional Recent Maintenance Electronic handbrake completely overhauled. Rear air suspension struts replaced. New interior blower motor & freshly re-gassed A/C (blowing ice cold). Refurbished headlight fitted to correct the common water ingress and Angel Eye DRL faults.
