Lovely BMW with full service history and less than 150K miles. Economical and nippy, great handing car. When looking for a 120d a couple of years ago we waited to find as best an example possible & the previous owner was meticulous, changing oil every 5,000 miles. Lovely BMW with full service history and less than 150K miles. Economical and nippy, great handing car. When looking for a 120d a couple of years ago we waited to find as best an example possible & the previous owner was meticulous, changing oil every 5,000 miles. We continued this and anything required got done, eg. New clutch at 140,000 miles. Good Pirelli Rainsport fitted & rather than run flats we added a space saver in boot. A trolley jack is available separately if interested along with fitted mats & spare wipers. Bodywork is very good except for one small ding annoyingly near rear wiper & boot lid lock opens with remote (needs new solenoid only). Now the saga: All warning lights came on recently following an initial ABS light and a specialist diagnosed as per report shown. With £500 for new unit & £800 to fit / reconfigure it sadly an expense at the wrong time. A second hand one is potentially available at £100 but hopefully someone with the right skill set can get themselves a decent motor or even track / drift car with a free quarter tank of diesel included 😉 It is driveable, so could easily go onto trailer but not roadworthy as no speedo & have had to pull wiper relay due to a clever safety back up that puts the wipers on all the time in case of electrical failure.
