2010 BMW 318d Business Tourer Spares Or Repair. The car broke down last week I’m not sure what it is but it may be the timing chain broke. The car would not start. The engine did spin over but it sounded different and a passer by thought it could be a timing chain issue. The car has an upgraded apple car play display installed. The car was running fine prior although the rear coil springs seemed lazy so I purchased a pair of those to install which I will supply in the sale, along with a rear caliper and set of hand break shoes. The rear caliper was sticking about a month ago so I got it freed off but was advised to replace the caliper. I ordered this so that will be included in the sale too. There is also a rear seatbelt which is frayed too which I have purchased too so will put that in with the sale too. The car bodywork has a few nicks and scratches and a little rust starting on one of the rear arches. Any questions please let me know On 05-Jun-26 at 22:06:08 BST, seller added the following information: Additionally, I went out tonight to check the car and the battery was flat so I’ve charged it up a bit but it’s looking like the FRM module needs a reset. That’s about £30 from eBay. I’ve had the same problem on another BMW. It’s also worth noting that there is a bit rust showing on the n/s/f wing around the wheel arch too.
